Policy Statement

ASIS International Greater Fayetteville Chapter 159 reserves the right to prohibit any advertising which the organization finds offensive or inappropriate.  Solicitations for services, products, subscriptions or membership in conflict with ASIS International will not be accepted.

ASIS 159 Greater Fayetteville Chapter

http://www.asischapter159.org is the official site of the ASIS International Greater Fayetteville Chapter and serves as the primary resource for the membership, leadership and unique visitors interested in the security profession.  The website keeps visitors informed and up to date on industry news and security standards published by ASIS International.  In addition, the chapter website serves as a communication medium to keep members informed of the latest security news and ASIS International events.  ASIS 159 offers your organization the opportunity to reach a well defined and educated security-focused demographic.  Our members consist of active and retired military, local, state and federal government, information technology and security, industrial security, physical security, security educators, etc.

Advertising Format

Deliver ad banners to: ron.barnak@us.army.mil.  All advertising banners must fit the specified dimensions of 205 x 100 pixels or 468 x 60 pixels.  Banner will be accepted in .GIF, .JPG or .TIF formats only and must be smaller than 100K in file size.  ASIS Chapter 159 reserves the right to minimize the file size to comply with requirements.  Assistance with ad creation is available by contacting the Chapter Chair at ron.barnak@us.army.mil.  Sponsors and advertising agencies agree to indemnify and hold ASIS Greater Fayetteville Chapter 159 harmless against any and all liability for issues arising out of content provided to ASIS Chapter 159 (including text, illustrations, representations, maps, trademarks and other copyrighted materials). 

Sponsors/Advertisers providing ASIS Chapter 159 with printed materials, logos or ads that are unauthorized will be subject to removal from the site.  Unauthorized uses may include: a person’s name, photograph, logo or trademark without permission.  In any event, ASIS Chapter 159’s liability for such an ad should be limited to the cost of the ad.  ASIS Chapter 159 reserves the right to discontinue any ad or part thereof.  Acceptance of advertising for any product or service is subject to research and investigation of the claims made in the advertisement submitted for publication.  All ads should include a schedule of insertion and location of space on the website and/or newsletter.  The forwarding of a completed ad form will be construed as acceptance of the applicable rates, terms and conditions specified on the ASIS Chapter 159 website.  Advertising contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. 

Payment is required in full prior to ad placement.  ASIS Chapter 159 shall not be responsible for website downtime due to events out of its control.  ASIS Chapter 159 will not endorse one product over another and will reserve the right to place the word “Advertisement” on all ads.
